Bio:

Lindsey joined the Imaging Department as a Data Analyst in 2023, where she specializes in computational biology and image analysis. She is currently developing and maintaining a spatial transcriptomics data processing pipeline to analyze adult and developing mouse brain datasets. She received her Bachelor’s from the University of California, Berkeley, with a major in Molecular Environmental Biology, where she conducted undergraduate research in genetic mechanisms underlying drought-tolerance. She then earned her Master’s in Applied Data Science from the University of Michigan.
