Bio:

Jacob Quon currently works in the imaging department on the Developmental Mouse Atlas. At the Allen Institute he specializes in creating pipelines to wrangle the massive amounts of data created by the Spatial Transcriptomics team. He has previously worked at the Altius Institute, Baker Lab, and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a dual degree in Computational Biology and Computer Science.
