Bio:
Anish joined the Allen Institute for Brain Science in 2021 as a Manager for the Bioinformatics Core (BI Core). His team is responsible for developing and running various bioinformatics pipelines, supporting scientists in their analysis and maintaining visualization tools like Shiny. Previously, he had worked as a Sr. Bioinformatics Analyst at University of Pittsburgh, where he developed pipelines and analyzed data for WES, WGS, RNA-Seq and ChiP-Seq. Prior to that, he completed a MS in Computational Biology at Carnegie Mellon Univeristy and a B.Tech in Bioinformatics SRM University.
