Allen Institute scientists will lead two days of data analysis tutorials at TReND-CaMinA using our large-scale publicly available Neuropixels and 2-photon datasets. These datasets will support computational and data analysis projects for students attending TReND-CaMinA. Instructors will be onsite for the first few days to work directly with students as they begin their projects, which will continue throughout the course as students learn the foundations of computational neuroscience.
Students and researchers in Africa are encouraged to apply by midnight (GMT) on February 15, 2024.
