About This Event

Each year, scientists from around the world attend the Society for Neuroscience’s annual meeting to share their research, discover new ideas, and experience the best the field has to offer.  Meet leaders in neuroscience from the Allen Institute and learn about our latest research at talks, posters, events, and exhibit hall booth #901.

Join Us!

The Allen Institute for Brain Science releases open resources related to cell types, including single-cell transcriptomic, electrophysiology, morphology, and multimodal patch-seq data; corresponding analysis tools; and taxonomies and standards. At this workshop, learn about the Allen Institute’s research in cell types and taxonomies, open resources available from the Allen Brain Map, and applications for those resources.

Pre-registration is encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome. Register here today!

This workshop is partially supported by the National Institute Of Neurological Disorders And Stroke of the National Institutes of Health under Award Number U24NS133077.
