The OpenScope program opens the Allen Brain Observatory for scientists across the world to propose projects to be run with its cutting-edge scientific pipeline. Letters of intent for the 2022 application are due on September 12 for projects that will run from early 2023 into 2024.
At this webinar, attendees will be introduced to the NIH-supported OpenScope resource, meet the Allen Institute OpenScope program team, and learn about the application process, expectations, and recent selected projects. Attendees will also learn about the latest developments from the Bonsai flexible visual programming language for designing closed-loop neuroscience experiments.
This webinar is open to scientists applying in the 2022 RFP, as well as to those interested in applying in future years. For current applicants, register by July 20 to also request individual consultations with OpenScope staff to discuss your application. Consultation times will be set based on applicants’ time zones.
