Goals and approach

The Neuroanatomy team at the Allen Institute for Brain Science is investigating the neuroanatomical architecture of the brain at the population and single cell level and integrating across transcriptomics, patch-seq and whole brain morphology datasets to establish robust, high-dimensional definitions of cell types, brain regions, and circuits.
