Scientist I - ML/AI algorithms for Alzheimer's Disease

Bio:

Having been working on machine learning for healthcare for more than 10 years using signal processing, deep learning, Bayesian statistics, and reinforcement learning, Jane is currently analyzing how changes in brain cellular omics data associate with the progression of Alzheimer’s disease under the supervision of Dr. Mariano Gabitto. Before joining Allen Institute, Jane was a postdoc with Prof. Susan Murphy at Harvard Statistics and received an MIT EECS PhD degree under the supervision of Prof. Thomas Heldt and Vivienne Sze.

Research Focus:

Signal processing, machine learning, Bayesian statistics, reinforcement learning, brain health
