Bio:

Kayla joined the Allen Institute in 2019 and enjoys working together with her team members and hiring managers to bring exceptional people into the Institute. Kayla’s current focus is early career recruiting across all teams. Prior to joining the Institute, Kayla was the Professional Development Specialist for the Child Development department at Neighborhood House, another Seattle nonprofit. In addition to hiring for the department, she worked with staff to develop their technical job skills and earn credentials, and plan and conduct staff trainings. Kayla has her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA.
