Bio:
Yi Ding joined the Allen Institute in 2018 where she is contributing to the study of human brain cell types. Yi became interested in the development and optimization of next-generation sequencing techniques when she performed research on CD4+ T cell epigenetic status during her Ph.D. in Animal Science at the University of Maryland and NIH. While there, she gained experience in computational biology and molecular biology on epigenetic applications.
