The Allen Cell Type Database and Transcriptomic Explorer is a publicly available resource from the Allen Institute for Brain Science that contains information on neuronal cell types from humans and mice. The database includes data on the cells’ electrophysiological, molecular, and structural properties, such as their electrical activity, morphology, and transcriptomics. It also includes computer models that simulate the cells’ electrical behavior.
