Bio:
Stacy Meyer is the Regional Science Coordinator for Educational Service District 112 (ESD 112) in Vancouver, WA. She earned a B.A. in American Studies with a minor in Environmental Studies at Carleton College and an M.Ed. from Antioch University, Seattle. Stacy is a National Board Certified Teacher and spent ten years working as a classroom teacher, mostly in upper elementary. In her current role as Regional Science Coordinator, she supports K-12 science teachers from 30 school districts in SW Washington and works on statewide science education initiatives. Stacy is a lead partner and advocate for ClimeTime, Washington’s climate education initiative, and works with teachers to create climate justice connections and youth engagement opportunities in the classroom.
