Bio:

As Benefits Partner II, Rochelle is passionate about all things benefits, people and culture. With her prior health and welfare benefit experience at both Filson and Brooks Running, she is excited to join Allen Institute’s People and Culture team and support Allenites. Born and raised in the PNW, she attended Western Washington University (earning a degree in Sociology and minor in Spanish), in Bellingham, where she discovered a love of the great outdoors and hiking. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and crafting with her kids.
