Bio:
Rajvi holds the position of Research Associate II within the Molecular Anatomy team, specializing in processing and clearing whole mouse brain tissue for the ExaSPIM project. She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and Integrative Biology in 2023. During her time at the university, she conducted her senior thesis under the guidance of Dr. Juraska in their lab, focusing on Phthalates and investigating their neurotoxic effects on the dorsal and ventral hippocampus in rats. Additionally, Rajvi has a keen interest in neurodegenerative diseases, and has interned at a biotech company that focuses on developing a test for the early detection of Alzheimer’s Disease.
