Headshot of Phil Lesnar

Phillip Lesnar, B.A.F.A

Research Associate III

At Washington State University, Phil studied the Fine Arts, focusing on drawing and sculpture. After receiving a B.A., Phil found himself as a drafter in an architecture firm producing custom homes. After the housing crisis, Phil was given the opportunity to transition his skills into the field of graphic design and illustration, which led him to his current role at the Institute as a technical illustrator. He currently works on the adult and developing human reference atlases, the mouse CCF, and the human CCF.
