Bio:
Natalie joined the Institute in 2018 through the summer internship program, working in Neural Coding to develop tools to analyze the Allen Mouse Brain Atlas. She rejoined after graduation in 2019 in Human Cell Types with a current focus on genetic tools generation.
Natalie received a double major B.S. in Neuroscience and Economics with Honors in Neuroscience, and a minor in Applied Mathematics from the University of Washington in 2019. During her time there she studied the genetics of pediatric epilepsy, primarily focusing on novel gene discovery and cellular function.
