Bio:
Jacob McCarley is currently a Research Associate at the Allen Institute for Cell Science. He works with the Stem Cells and Gene Editing team to produce new endogenously-tagged cell lines as part of the Allen Cell Collection. Previously, he interned at Obsidian Therapeutics in Boston, MA working with CRISPR/Cas9 to assist in producing new gene therapies. His 4 years of undergraduate were spent at Howard University where he received his bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry.
