Currently Executive Director of Global Partnerships and Philanthropy at the Allen Institute, Helen Protheroe has a wealth of leadership experience spanning more than two decades. Leading strategic approaches to collaboration, partnerships and external relations for world-leading academic, research and cultural institutions (including the Royal College of Art, the QS world number one University of Art and Design training) Helen places storytelling and stewardship at the heart of her approach. Championing impact in philanthropy, engagement and reputation management for high-profile founders, families and CEOs. Throughout her career, Helen has dedicated considerable time and effort to creating remarkable opportunities for extraordinary institutions, platforms and individuals’, giving her time as a trustee and an advisor to a number of not-for-profits, philanthropists and family offices across the UK and internationally. Being a firm believer in the power of collaborative innovation as the key to making impact, and to solving the biggest challenges society faces today, Helen fosters long-term relationships and collaborations across the globe.
