Bio:

Helen joined the Stem Cells & Gene Editing team shortly after graduating from Western Washington University, where she completed her B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology in 2019. While at Western, she worked in the Rose Lab, utilizing C. elegans a model organism for neuroplasticity and behavioral analysis. In the interim between graduation and starting at the Institute, Helen completed an internship in cancer cell biology with the Elliott-Elliott-Baucom Breast Cancer Research and Treatment Center in Baton Rouge, LA.
