Bio:

Emily joined the Allen Institute in 2021 and currently works on the Neural Coding team as a Data Analyst. She graduated from Scripps college in 2018 with a degree in Neuroscience with a focus in Computational Neuroscience. After college she worked on the Connectomics team at Janelia research campus in Ashburn, VA before coming to work at the Allen Institute. Her current work at the Allen Institute focuses on analysis of connectivity as it related to cell type and skeletonization of neurons in EM datasets.
