Bio:
Cole is a member of the molecular biology team that works with genotype transgenic mice and produce fluorescent probes. His previous research experience includes tuberculosis drug development and using CRISPRi to control gene expression in cyanobacteria. Cole graduated from Whitman College in 2016 with a B.A. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology. After traveling in Guatemala for six months and working in a fertility clinic, he decided to return to research.
