Bio:
Cameron Bielstein is a software engineer on the Data & Technology Team. Since joining the Allen Institute in 2019, Cameron has contributed to various projects to help researchers manage and publish scientific data. His work has ranged from an internal web application to track experiments and data in the laboratories to the big data pipelines and APIs required to support the Allen Institute for Brain Science’s public web applications.
Cameron’s prior professional experience includes several years at Microsoft working on operating systems and cloud services. He was granted a Master of Science in Computer Science by The University of Texas at Austin for his work on secure access control for the Internet of Things.
