Bio:

Anna joined the Allen Institute for Neural Dynamics in 2021 as part of the large-scale electrophysiology team. Prior to joining the institute, they received a PhD in Biology from the University of Oregon. Their graduate research focused on using electrophysiology and optogenetic manipulation in awake, behaving animals to study the transformations taking place in the auditory cortex to separate behaviorally relevant sounds from noise.
