Bio:

Alli Wiener joined the Education and Engagement team at the Allen Institute in 2022. She focuses on curriculum and outreach for K-12 audiences, teacher professional development workshops, and collaborating with educators for field trips and classroom visits. Prior to joining the Institute, she taught high school biology, chemistry, and environmental science for 10 years at public schools in North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington. Alli earned a B.A. in Biology from UNC Chapel Hill, holds a Masters degree in Chemical & Life Science from the University of Maryland, and is a National Board Certified Teacher.
