Scientists have unveiled the most detailed map of the brain ever created with Fugaku, Japan's ultra–fast supercomputer.

The simulation could eventually open the way to understanding the mechanisms behind brain disease.

The project aims to unify brain information from dozens of collaborators, species, and samples that span early development to old age.
