Venue details

• The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington hotel in Renton, WA. The hotel is a convenient 10 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and just 20 minutes from downtown Seattle. The hotel can be reached by public transport, taxis, sea plane and kayak!
• Check-in to the hotel will begin at 4:00pm each day.
• The event will take place on the 3rd floor of the hotel. All talks will be held in the Lake Washington Ballroom. All meals except the welcome reception and the cruise dinner will be held in the Bellevue Rooms.

Allen Institute Visit

On Wednesday, October 23, conference attendees will take ground transportation from the Hyatt Regency hotel to visit the Allen Institute. The visit will be followed by a boat cruise on Lake Washington which will conclude at the Hyatt hotel. Children under 18 are not allowed to visit the Allen Institute and will not be allowed on the boat.
Alternate ground transportation to return to the hotel will be provided. See the map linked below for walking directions from the Allen Institute to the boat dock near the Museum of History and Industry.

Poster Presentations

Poster sessions will take place after talks on October 21 and 22.

• Presenters are assigned a presentation day according to last name with A-K presenting on October 21 and L-Z presenting on October 22, unless you have contacted us for an exception.
• Posters will not be assigned poster numbers or locations. Easels, 40″x60″ poster boards, and clips will be provided. Poster boards can be turned in either landscape or portrait orientation.
• Poster printing services will not be available onsite. Please plan to bring your printed poster with you to Seattle.

Illness

We are striving to make this event as safe as possible. If you do not feel well, please do not attend the conference.
