Bio:
Jacqueline joined the Stem Cell and Gene Editing team in 2017 as a Research Associate. Her work includes scaling up the edited stem cells for distribution to the scientific community. She also works on the gene editing process including various quality control assays. Prior to joining the Allen Institute for Cell Science she was a Cell Culturist at Stowers Institute for Medical Research in Kansas City, MO. There she gained extensive experience working with various types of mammalian and insect cells which included mouse embryonic stem cells.
She received her B.S at the University of Connecticut and M.S at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Animal Science. Her graduate work studied the effects of the gonadotropin releasing hormone gene in lines of swine with divergent ovulation rates.
