Bio:

Katherine works on the IT and Pipelines team in Immunology helping connect and support researchers at the Allen Institute with the Human immune system explorer (HISE) platform. Prior to joining the Allen Institute, she worked in the Genome Sciences Department at University of Washington Seattle campus on the All of Us program and as a Lead Instructor for the Coding of Cancer program at Fred Hutch. She received a BS in Microbiology and BA in Japanese at the UW Seattle.
