Bio:

Sarah Norris Hall joined Allen Institute in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer. Norris Hall brings with her more than 16 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence from the University of Washington, where she held several key roles including Director of Planning and State Operations; Vice Provost of Planning and Budgeting; and most recently, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. At Allen Institute, she oversees all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, accounting, investment strategies, and long-range planning.
