In observance of Brain Health Awareness Month, the Allen Institute proudly partnered with the AARP Washington and BECU to present a free virtual event, focused on broadening understanding around brain health. The townhall discussion, which included Ed Lein, Ph.D., senior investigator at the Allen Institute, alongside colleagues from the University of Washington’s Memory & Brain Wellness Center and AARP, delved into the latest scientific discoveries. A global audience learned how advances in neuroscience were leading to new treatments and programs designed to improve brain health for all.
