Allen Institute Education Lab to offer innovative training and workshops to current and future scientists

The custom-built 1327 ft² learning space immerses students, educators, and scientists in authentic learning experiences powered by the Allen Institute’s pioneering open science and cutting-edge research. 

The Education Lab will support and nurture the next generation of scientists by offering unprecedented access to hands-on laboratory training and the Allen Institute’s large, best-in-class open data tools and resources. It will provide a space to host trainings, workshops, and tours for high school and university students, educators, and current scientists and researchers, while underscoring the importance of open, collaborative science to advance human health.
