Tom is the IT End User Support Manager, supporting enterprise applications, endpoint systems, and other IT support-related areas. Tom has previously worked for hospitals and other scientific research organizations in Seattle, focusing on bridging the gap between people and technology. He received a bachelor of science in Applied Management from Green River College, focusing on Operations Management.
