Suyee joined the Allen Institute in 2024 as part of the Scientific Computing group in the Neural Dynamics team. She earned her PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Washington, where she studied the sensorimotor circuits that control coordinated walking in fruit flies. Before graduate school, she held research positions at the Salk Institute and UC San Diego, where she completed a BS in Physiology and Neuroscience.
