Stephanie Wong is the Director of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) at the Allen Institute, where she leads efforts to promote a strong culture of safety and oversees the Institute’s environment, health, safety, and industrial hygiene programs. Her responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and supporting alignment with the Institute’s mission. She collaborates across the Institute to implement effective controls, and foster a culture where people are empowered, engaged, and supported in keeping themselves and others safe.Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Occupational Health (Industrial Hygiene) from the University of Washington and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
