Sharvari joined the Seattle Hub for Synthetic Biology in 2026, bringing a multidisciplinary academic foundation with an MSc in Biotechnology from Bangalore University, India and an MS in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina.
A former pre-clinical immunology researcher, Sharvari transitioned into life sciences administration driven by a fascination with the operational mechanics that power breakthrough science. She specializes in optimizing the research-to-clinical pipeline for vaccines, biologics, and cell and gene therapy development. She firmly believes that strategic alliance, program, and operational management are the keys to accelerating the delivery of therapeutic products to patients. Sharvari’s expertise is backed by biotechnology project management certifications from the University of Washington and UC San Diego, and she holds both PMP (Project Management Professional) and CA-AM (Certificate of Achievement in Alliance Management) credentials.
At the Seattle Hub for Synthetic Biology, Sharvari combines scientific expertise with strategic project leadership to translate complex synthetic biology research into actionable initiatives. She cultivates collaborative partnerships that advance the Institute’s mission to understand, engineer, and shape the future of cell biology.
Outside of her professional work, Sharvari finds balance through family and creativity. She loves spending time with her children, meticulously building botanical Legos, and indulging her artistic side as an amateur fine artist working with acrylics and glass.
