Sai Ramaswamy joined the Allen Institute in 2026 as a Scientific Project and Alliance Manager, supporting the High Resolution Translational Immunology Team within Immunology. She works closely with scientific, technology, computational, software, and operational teams to advance research initiatives, manage internal and external collaborations, and support the integration and evolution of technologies and workflows.

Before joining the Allen Institute, Sai held scientific and project leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries, with experience spanning drug development and commercialization, multiomics research, and biomarker discovery workflows. She is passionate about bringing together scientific expertise and strategic project management to enable collaborative research and improve the efficiency and impact of scientific workflows.

Sai holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certified project manager.
