Bio:

Rana graduated from University of Washington in 2023 with her bachelor’s in microbiology. She joined the Allen Institute in July 2023 as a research associate in the Molecular Genetics department. She is working in the Viral Technology core to build targeted recombinant viruses used for cell labeling, circuit tracing and functional manipulation in the central nervous system.
