Pravina currently holds the position of Bioinformatics Analyst I at the Allen Institute for Immunology. She earned her master’s degree in Bioinformatics from Indiana University, where her research focused on colon and pancreatic cancer. During her academic journey, Pravina specialized in analyzing biological data using bioinformatics tools, with a particular emphasis on single-cell technology for RNAseq data analysis.
Prior to her current role, Pravina worked as a Research Assistant at Indiana University and gained valuable experience in bioinformatics through academic endeavors and practical applications. Her adeptness in handling intricate biological datasets and employing advanced computational methods was cultivated through rigorous academic training and hands-on research experiences.
