Lily is a Career Development Partner III on the Learning, Experience, and Development team in People & Culture. She brings 11 years of experience in coaching and advising people on their career and professional development, as well as coordinating, developing, and leading programs, across universities, nonprofits, and K-12 public schools. She received her Master's of Social Work (MSW) from Hunter College and BSW from Michigan State University.
