Bio:

Jonathan works on the Scientific Computing team and develops automated pipelines for high throughput light sheet microscopy data. Before joining the Allen, Jonathan worked at Boeing as a computer vision engineer operating on X-ray images. Jonathan studied at the University of Washington and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
