Bio:

Jackie has been with the Allen Institute for Brain Science since Spring of 2016. As a member of the Neurosurgery and Behavior department, she performs murine neurosurgery and behavior training for high throughput pipelines and other institute projects. She originally joined the Institute as a member of the Transgenic Colony Management team. Jackie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Humboldt State University. Before coming to the Institute, she worked at Kentucky Reptile Zoo, Woodland Park Zoo, and the UW Primate Center.
