Inna holds an MS degree in Biotechnology Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, where she studied microbiological adaptation in the lungs of cystic fibrosis patients. Since her graduation, she has accumulated about 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, spanning biomedical research, novel therapeutic product development, and program execution. Her early work focused on biomaterial-based surgical implantables, followed by roles advancing therapeutics for central nervous system disorders and vaccines across discovery, preclinical, and clinical development through product commercialization. Throughout her career, Inna has bridged scientific research with operations, and she is excited to bring this experience to the Director of Scientific Operations role at the Allen Institute.
