With a focus on coaching, she supports people leaders in creating the conditions for engaged, high-performing teams.
Eleanor joined Allen Institute in 2026 after serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at AGC Biologics, where she partnered with leaders to advance talent strategies, support team effectiveness, and guide organizations through growth and change. Prior to transitioning to the biotech sector, Eleanor spent more than a decade in the nonprofit field, where she developed program leaders and led fundraising efforts. This experience continues to shape her people-first, mission-driven approach.
Eleanor holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Human Services from Western Washington University. A Pacific Northwest native raised on Whidbey Island, Washington, Eleanor enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found attempting to identify birds - with varying degrees of confidence.
