Bio:

Crystal brings 20 years of business management experience in Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Human Resources and Recruiting in the travel/transportation/tourism and medical technology spaces. Crystal graduated from Washington State University where she double majored in Public Relations and Marketing. She believes very strongly that diversity is an invitation to the party, inclusion is being asked to dance and equity is being taught the steps. Crystal’s professional mission is to ensure equity in the selection, development, and protection of talent throughout the entirety of the employee experience, allowing for broad transformational impact in the world of life sciences. When not working, Crystal can be found traveling and enjoying the outdoors with her high school sweetheart, sons Maxwell (8) and Marcus (4) and 11-year-old Weimaraner, Vinnie.
