Cory joined the Allen Institute in February 2026 as a Research Associate I on the imaging team, focusing on microscopy and BARseq spatial transcriptomics. She earned her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Washington Tacoma, where she completed a computational de novo drug design project generating potential SSRI and antipsychotic candidates and developed a cost-effective dengue virus serotyping protocol for use in resource-limited settings. After graduating, she contributed to a research project examining age‑related and Alzheimer's disease-related differences in immune cell types and abundance in the choroid plexus.
