Bio:

Clark has been with the Allen Institute since Spring of 2010. In their years with the institute, they have supported many of its large-scale project and performed a plethora of tasks including in-situ-hybridization, laser capture microdissection, and the development of intrinsic signal imaging and 2-photon optical physiology platforms. Currently, he supports the Mindscope program by developing code that assists with data wrangling, descriptive statistics, data collection, quality control development and process optimization. In addition to working full time at the institute, Clark is also pursuing her master’s degree in data science at the University of Washington. Before coming to the Institute, they worked for the US Forest Service.
