Bio:

As Chief Operating Officer, Beaudoin oversees all administrative functions and departments, including Site Operations and Facilities, Information Technology, Scientific Support Services, Environmental Health and Safety, Business Continuity, Communications, Legal, and Human Resources. In this role, Beaudoin leads the strategic and tactical alignment within the administration team and partners with leaders across the institute to develop and implement policies, business philosophies, and systems that continuously improve the overall operating effectiveness of the Institute while empowering scientists and investigators.

Beaudoin joined Allen Institute in November 2022 after 16 years leading operations in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining the Allen Insitute, Beaudoin was the Chief Operating Officer at Swedish Health Services, overseeing all acute care operations across five hospital campuses. Prior to joining Swedish in 2017, Beaudoin held various leadership positions at Providence St. Joseph Health including Chief Transition Officer in the office of Corporate Business Development and Vice President of Operations for Home and Community Care Services in Washington State.

A native of Spokane, Washington, Beaudoin received a B.S. in Biology from Western Washington University and an M.B.A from Seattle University.
