Bio:

Aixin joined the Institute on the barcode connection team as a Research Associate on building neuron projection and connection with in situ sequencing and Barseq. She received her M.S. degree in Engineering and M.S. degree in applied mathematics from University of Colorado Denver/Anschutz Medical campus. Before joining Allen Institute, Aixin’s research filed was in Functional MRI to build a mathematical model to find brain active region.
