Bio:

Dr. Abhe Rajagopal is a Senior AI Research Scientist in the Office of the CTO at the Allen Institute. He received his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 2019. Prior to joining the Allen Institute, Dr. Rajagopal was a Senior Scientist at Altos Labs, a Senior Analyst at Toyon Research, and a NIH-F32 postdoctoral fellow UC San Francisco in the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging where he developed algorithms for cancer imaging, characterization, and radiotherapy. His research interests include computational imaging, representation learning, and inverse problems in the biomedical sciences.
