The Allen Institute headquarters is at the northwest corner of Mercer Street and Westlake Avenue in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle.
Our 270,000-square-foot building is purpose-built for life science research and facilitates our trademark team science approach amid abundant natural light and with stunning views of Seattle.

Paid visitor parking at the Allen Institute building is limited and may not be available during some public events. Guests who require accessible parking may access the garage on the Roy Street side of the building (943 Roy St). There is street parking along the surrounding streets and local parking lots can be found on Parkopedia.
The Allen Institute is conveniently located along the South Lake Union Streetcar and several Seattle bus routes, including the 40, 62, 63, 64, 70, 83, 309, and Rapid Ride C.
