The Allen Institute headquarters is at the northwest corner of Mercer Street and Westlake Avenue in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle.
A 270,000-square foot life sciences building, our building is purpose-built for life science research and facilitates our trademark team science approach amid abundant natural light and with stunning views of Seattle.

Parking
Paid visitor parking at the Allen Institute building is limited and not available for public events. Guests who require handicapped parking may access the garage via Roy Street. There is street parking along the surrounding streets and local parking lots can be found on Parkopedia.
Public Transportation
The Allen Institute is conveniently located along the South Lake Union Streetcar and several Seattle bus routes, including the 40, 62, 63, 64, 70, 83, 309, and Rapid Ride C.
